This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.

The manufacturer of Sunbrella fabrics, Glen Raven Inc., provides a 5 year warranty on their furniture grade fabric effective from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers the solution-dyed acrylic fabric that has become unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals. In the event that something happens to your fabric, Glen Raven will supply new fabric, free, to replace the fabric that has become unserviceable. This warranty does not cover our labor or freight related to replacement. Sunbrella is known throughout the industry as the best outdoor fabric available. Length of Warranty: Furniture Grade: 5 years

Teak Furniture Outlet offers a 1 year basic warranty on this product to the original purchaser from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. During this period Teak Furniture Outlet will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective component.

This warranty does not apply to improperly installed, handled, abused, damaged by user error, nor to any unit which has been repaired or altered by unauthorized repair companies. Under no circumstances will the buyer be entitled to consequential or incidental damages. This limited 1 year basic warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state where you live. Batteries and plastic housings are not covered by warranty.

This product ships as a complete unit and does not require any assembly upon receipt.

Our Custom Outdoor Teak Bench Cushion calculator is an easy step-by-step process that allows you to pick your own outdoor fabric, your width and depth, thickness, fill and style. It is that simple! Our custom teak bench cushions come standard without Fabric Ties. If you prefer to include tie backs, please select the "Add Fabric Ties" option. By selecting the "Add Fabric Ties" option, two ties (one in each back corner) will be added to your cushion in the same fabric as your cushion at no additional charge. The average length of all ties will be 23-25" before being put into the seam. After the tie is folded in half and inserted into seam, the actual length is approximately 11.5"-12.5".
