I am not only completely satisfied but very happy with my new teak garden bench, particularly the ease of assembly: I'm manually inept, but I put this piece together without the slightest problem...and felt awfully good about myself as a result! Kudos to the company for making the assembly process such a snap.

I only have the cushions for my new lounge chairs but they appear very nice and look exactly like the photo on the website. I dealt with Tricia and she provided absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service. She went out of her way to answer a question I had about your website and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about both products I was considering. She went above and beyond and helped me choose a cushion fabric and even handled the measurements for me. I can't tell you how rare it is to have someone not only be competent with their job but also go above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. Thanks Tricia, you are a star in my book and you should train people in your company so they can all be more like you!

The table looks as good in real life as it does on the web site - maybe better. The wood is solid and substantial; the expansion leaf is easy to work (even for one person). We love it.
