Delivery was considerably faster than expected. Less than 5 days when it stated 3 - 4 weeks. Everything was exactly as advertised. The only problem was that the box was wet and it had been taped pretty extensively. However, the product I ordered was an outside wicker bench, so even though it was slightly wet, there was no problem. And the packing inside. Oh my goodness. Nothing could have happened to the bench. Bravo!

Satisfied. I planned to buy teak, but was thwarted by the price. These chairs are perfect for our needs; limited use, but outdoor year round. and they arrived assembled. Thank goodness.

Bess put it on hold, communicated with me every step of the way, and even called me to ensure I connected with the shipping company. I only have the cushions for my new lounge chairs but they appear very nice and look exactly like the photo on the website. I dealt with Tricia and she provided absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service. She went out of her way to answer a question I had about your website and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about both products I was considering. She went above and beyond and helped me choose a cushion fabric and even handled the measurements for me. I can't tell you how rare it is to have someone not only be competent with their job but also go above and beyond to be helpful and friendly.
