What a wonderful experience. High level of customer service was shown throughout the process from Bess. I had made a mistake on the fabric when I put the order in online. Bess put it on hold, communicated with me every step of the way, and even called me to ensure I connected with the shipping company. Delivery was considerably faster than expected. Less than 5 days when it stated 3 - 4 weeks. Everything was exactly as advertised. The only problem was that the box was wet and it had been taped pretty extensively. However, the product I ordered was an outside wicker bench, so even though it was slightly wet, there was no problem. And the packing inside. Oh my goodness. Nothing could have happened to the bench. Bravo!
